PASA FC Coaching Staff
The key to the success of the PASA FC teams is in the quality of our coaching staff. There is no other greater influence on player development than the quality of training/coaching that each player receives. P.A.S.A F.C. provides an experienced and diversified staff. Our staff includes some of the most well known and prominent figures in college, high school and youth soccer.
All PASA FC coaches are professionally trained. All staff is licensed by the United States Soccer Federation and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. All staff receives constant ongoing training and evaluation from the Director of Coaching.
PASA FC is a unified and structured soccer organization. All player and team development activities are managed under a common club plan; including all training, game and tournament play. Players are members of the greater club first and individual teams second.
The result is to offer consistent, quality training and education in the game and our style of play, from the youngest to the oldest members, which will produce superior players and teams over the player developmental cycle.
In addition to having a training curriculum for all age groups that will help Player Development, we also place a very strong emphasis on Coach Development. Our Coaching Education philosophy is a very simple one - for every one coach we educate and develop, a whole team will benefit. If we develop all of our coaches and give them the knowledge and education they need, all players trained by PASA FC WILL improve their level of play - significantly.
PASA FC coaching staff supports our Academy, camps, clinics, and train P.A.S.A F.C. teams. We are proud of our level of cooperation with these coaches and the unity of effort that exist between us to better educate our players.
